Capacity: Banquet Style 150|Theater Style 150|Cocktail Style 180|Classroom Style 150.  Currently SugahPlum Events is accommodating 100 guest with in house chairs. If guest count is up to capacity and exceed the amount of accommodation additional chairs must be rented by the client. 

Rental Inclusions: Includes 6 hours to be used for setup, event and clean-up/breakdown. Additional event/set up/breakdown time billed at $100 per hour up to two additional hours. If more than two additional hours are needed the Full Day rate will apply. Table and Chair set up, Choice of white or black table linen and Cleaning fee.

Exclusions Smoking/Smoke, Banners affixed to the walls, Carpets/Items taped to the floor, Confetti, Fire Sparklers

Rental Times Day events end at 6pm with the eveningevents to follow. All events must end by 2am.

Full Day Rates Events such as weddings and receptions that require access to the facility for the entire day will be billed a combined day and evening rate for the said day.


Bartending Services All events with Alcohol are required to use the in-house licensed bartender billed at $125.00 for the event. Outside Bartenders are prohibited, No Exceptions


 Catering SugahPlum Events Inc., is a full service facility which includes in house catering. Outside catering is allowed however restrictions and or Kitchen usage fees apply. $150.00 outside catering fee is enforced for all events with outside food for kitchen usage (warming, refrigeration, counter space etc...) If Caterer/Chef needs the kitchen for full usage to cook and/or prepare, a $250.00 usage fee apply with applicable liability insurance. If Caterer/Chef is present in the kitchen for the duration of the event the kithen fee of $150.00 will be enforced. No Exceptions.

Custom Packages/Rental Items Custom and full service event packages are available upon request. *50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to event. Additional refundable damage deposit of $200,00 will be due the day of the event and will be refunded following the event per the terms of the contract.*
